Sehwag, Gambhir exude confidence about IPL in South Africa
“It would have been wonderful if the Indian Premier League (IPL) had been held in India. There would have been problems of getting the match passes but one could have managed it. Playing in South Africa will be different, as we will not have a large number of Indian supporters to cheer this time. Moreover, the local timings there are between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. I have been to South Africa five to six times in the past and I am aware about the conditions as to how will the wicket play. We will try to play well and hopefully win the IPL,” Sehwag said.

Rajasthan Royals lose IPL warm-up
Shane Warne's Rajasthan Royals made a losing start to their South African campaign after a 27-run defeat against the Cape Cobras in an Indian Premier League warm-up match at Newlands.
Both teams were well below strength, with the Royals fielding only four players who won the IPL last year and the Cobras missing most of the men who won the South African Twenty20 final earlier in the season.
"It's disappointing to lose but it was a great opportunity for some of the guys to show what they can do," said Warne.
"Everything we wanted to get out of this game we got, although the batting was a bit disappointing."
